The Enchanted World
This was a series of 21 large format hardbacks from Time Life exploring various
myths and legends from an assortment of countries. The series is excellently
researched and written, and absolutely stunning to behold – beautifully
designed and profusely illustrated by Goya and many others. No way am I splitting
this - £125 the set plus postage (by arrangement). The titles, all in

paperback from the KNA full of photos from the first Gulf War. Anti-Saddam propaganda,
this has some very disturbing shots of his victims and their mutilated bodies.

THE ULTIMATE ALPHABET + WORKBOOK Mike Wilks (hardback. This is tricky to describe.
Basically, Wilks spent 18,000 hours painting 26 pictures, one for each letter
of the alphabet, in which he included vast numbers of object beginning with
that particular letter. The resultant book makes for a beautiful and addictive
experience. Compulsive and fascinating. The workbook was for a competition for
£10,000 and has a list of possible answers) £15
